​Take time off to unplug, unwind and recharge with yoga and support practices. 
During these 7 days, you move, rest, explore the rainforest, laugh with friends and uncover what wants to come forth.

The retreat includes:
  • Accommodation at the Finca Luna Nueva Eco-Lodge for seven (7) nights.
  • Three (3) delicious  meals a day (farm to table organic)
  • Daily AM yoga to open the body and vitalize  energy centers. 
  • Daily PM class ( various: fascia release, kundalini, restorative) 
  • Breath and meditation techniques 
  • Rainforest mystery Tour
  • Visit to the local hot springs and shopping in Fortuna
  • Hikes, trails,ozonated swimming pool
  • Peace and tranquility to unwind and relax
  • optional body work ( extra fee)

 I will  arrange taxis from the San Jose Airport for each participant.

The Finca Luna Nueva lodge is located amidst acres of lush gardens, with hiking trails into the rain forest and views of the magnificent Arenal Volcano. It is a sustainable rain forest eco-lodge and nature reserve with a biodynamic farm, herbal estate offering ecotourism and education in the rainforest of Costa Rica. The atmosphere is simple, healthy and relaxed. Guests enjoy access to a lovely chlorine-free pool and solar heated hot tub. Daily yoga takes place in the open air yoga shale  surrounded by the rain forest.
